Curious what the hearing was specifically about - my guess is other colleagues giving complaints about his behavior.

It definitely sounds as though the guy should've been looking for a new job instead of staying put. I'm kinda curious how management wasn't aware of his hatred of the job...seems like somebody who should've been fired long ago.
 
Ten+ years is a long time for a disgruntled worker willing to kill and blow up his own house to go unnoticed.

From your comments, the only things you feel are racist seem to deal with liberal discussion towards white supremacists. Do you actually think any comments towards non-white people are racist at all?

And this isn't the first time you've defended utterly reprehensible acts by extremists, in the name of your own extremism.
