There is a memorial to George Floyd on the right field wall of the Minnesota Twins baseball stadium. I will say that the appropriateness of this is debatable. In my opinion, it is inappropriate. I wonder how they decide at what point they decide to take it down? Maybe they said they they would keep it up for just this season.

I feel it is inappropriate to the extent that Mr. Floyd was a dishonorable human being.
His life was a litany of evil choices. It is sad nevertheless. he doesn't deserve praise.
There are many other good people who should be memorialized on that wall if that's the route they want to take.
