So originally I was thinking aunt but I decided to drop the taboo angle:

More or less, guy or gal in their twenties becomes the assistant of a scientist who is working on all sorts of experiments. The scientist pays well and mostly needs someone to be a caretaker for them as they tend to ignore things like hygiene, rest, and food when they get in the zone. Our lead doesn’t find the scientist particularly attractive at first (like I said, poor hygiene) but over the course of their adventures, they keep becoming intimately involved with each other:

So essentially a collection of stories where a problem happens and somehow the two or sometimes more, get involved in sexy shenanigans.

For example:

1. Assistant’s first encounter with scientist occurs after they get stood up on a date. He had taken some pills expecting he would get lucky and soon finds he can’t keep his erection down. Not wanting to go the hospital he goes to the scientist who is happy to help as she originally designed the pills. One night of fucking later and assistant starts to see their boss in a new light.

2. Assistant comes to the lab to find the scientist fighting with herself! She reveals a project she was working on, a creature that can transform to take any appearance, escaped and is mimicking her. The lab’s computer can’t determine which one it needs to restrain so he’ll need to make the call and figure out which is which...of course assistant has some ideas of how he can figure it out. A twist could be he calls it right and scientist is annoyed since she was sure she had trained the creature perfectly, there was no danger. Or alternatively, both are doppelgängers but since they believe they are the real one, they started fighting with each other rather than trying to escape. Scientist saves the day and thanks assistant for keeping them occupied, not knowing all the lewd things he got up to both of them with

I personally like the first idea, but what if after they have sex she blackmail him in some way? If he doesn't comply she threatened to report him to his bosses !Or something like that.

Maybe she (the scientist) needs somebody to test her prototypes? Or the assistant activates/consumes them unknowingly?

The nice looking muffin? -> transforms him into a women (or other bodymodification) -> The scientist helbs to return this transformation, by teaching hin "female mastrubation" (or maybe it is permanent und he transforms whenever trigerX)

The assistent gets possessed by a gost -> exorcissm (maybe bdsm?)

This sounds very much like the plot to an old pulp story called "Test Tube Frankenstein" about a scientist who develops a substance that can mimic any object. It starts out impersonating marbles and small objects then progresses to replacing the scientist but doesn't quite have the hang of acting completely human. It eats each human it mimics. It impersonates a woman but since it did not see her naked, the doppelganger has no nipples. Later, having seen the narrator's wife naked, and learned a lot more, it mimics her only the narrator doesn't know whether the doppelganger is his wife or the creature and will live the rest of his days fearing that the woman who loves him and her superb body will betray itself one day. It is really quite eerie and well done. worth seeking out.

There's scientists and then there's scientists, in various disciplines, new and old. Have we here a Mad Scientist (MS) intent on global domination? Does MS burn through suffering assistants? Is MS outcast from the scientific mainstream for ludicrous ideas and quests?

For LIT fun, the MS takes phrenology to a new level, analyzing subjects by palpating their genitals. What is the assistant's role? Or the MS developed mutant seeds the amoral assistant inserts into the ears of sleeping street winos (all genders), turning them into mind-controlled sexual monsters.
