race baiting rage
Thao, Kueng and Lane also face state charges, including aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.
The civil rights charges are nice and all, but the aiding and abetting the murder/manslaughter charges are the more substantive, yes?
This is Communist activist Vanita Gupta's doing now that she's in charge of the DOJ Civil Rights Division.
the US Injustice Dept is a criminal orginization
As former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy notes, "Not a shred of evidence was introduced at the trial that Derek Chauvin is a racist. None. There was nothing in the weeks of testimony that even hinted at such a thing. The prosecutors who aggressively urged the jury to convict Chauvin of murder never intimated that racism played any role in the crimes. They convincingly argued that he was a bad cop, not a racist cop."
Gupta doesn't care. The cop was white the victim was black. That is all that matters to the Obama commie activist.
Boom....if Floyd had been white or Chauvin black? This would have been a non-issue and it would have never been more than a blip on the local evening news to be immediately forgotten about by the public at large.
It is just race baiting.
Chauvin has now been indicted in a previous case too:

This will lock him down in spite of his appeal of the George Floyd conviction on the basis of a jury member having hidden preconceived conviction intent. I think Chauvin has a reasonable case on that.

Absolute truth.
Considering the evidence available so far, the prosecution has a much tougher job against the other three officers. My assessment is that one will not be convicted at all, a second may or may not, and the third will be found guilty but not on the most major charge. These cases are very difficult for the prosecution.
The defence to will be interesting: expect all three officers to blame Chauvin for everything - unusual to see police doing that.

Chauvin being the senior officer is going to be a thing.
