Chauvin and other 3 cops indicted on Federal Civil Rights charges

More race baiting rage building bullshit from the insane left.

Mistrials and more mistrials. :D

Thao, Kueng and Lane also face state charges, including aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.

The civil rights charges are nice and all, but the aiding and abetting the murder/manslaughter charges are the more substantive, yes?

This feels like double-jeopardy, no? He was tried for this incident.

This is Communist activist Vanita Gupta's doing now that she's in charge of the DOJ Civil Rights Division.

the US Injustice Dept is a criminal orginization

As former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy notes, "Not a shred of evidence was introduced at the trial that Derek Chauvin is a racist. None. There was nothing in the weeks of testimony that even hinted at such a thing. The prosecutors who aggressively urged the jury to convict Chauvin of murder never intimated that racism played any role in the crimes. They convincingly argued that he was a bad cop, not a racist cop."

Gupta doesn't care. The cop was white the victim was black. That is all that matters to the Obama commie activist.

Boom....if Floyd had been white or Chauvin black? This would have been a non-issue and it would have never been more than a blip on the local evening news to be immediately forgotten about by the public at large.

It is just race baiting.

I haven't looked at who was charged...but 2 were rookies under Chauvin orders. They should not be charged...they did raise concerns. Let Fascist states leave and let them have these kinds of cops

Absolute truth.

Yes, it's the rule of law in one of the greatest countries in the world.

Something that used to be the pillar of Republicanism...not anymore...they are the party of criminality.

Yep - and they're proving it again and again.

Nowhere in the Chauvin trial did anyone allege a civil rights violation against him.

Considering the evidence available so far, the prosecution has a much tougher job against the other three officers. My assessment is that one will not be convicted at all, a second may or may not, and the third will be found guilty but not on the most major charge. These cases are very difficult for the prosecution.

The defence to will be interesting: expect all three officers to blame Chauvin for everything - unusual to see police doing that.

Agreed: Chauvin is going to have police cruiser tire track tattoos all over his body by the time those three officer's trials are over.

They'll contrast nicely with his prison tats.

Pretty damning video no matter.

Chauvin being the senior officer is going to be a thing.
