Post your last concert and next concert, with any commentary. Have fun!

I’ll start:

Last concert: John Waite, October 2019
Intimate setting. Solid show, saw him twice that year. I brought along a few of my album covers for him to sign. He signed the Babys one first, then flipped to No Brakes. Remember that one, I asked. He chuckled and said, I sure do.

Next concert: Cheap Trick, July 2021
Seen them several times. Robin Zander gets a little vocal help these days from his son who stands just off stage. Guaranteed to get a cool guitar pick

Last Concert: KISS, February 11, 2020 - a fantastic show by one of my favorite bands from my youth. I had several concerts trips planned last year before the world went to hell.

Next Concert: Green Day, Weezer and Fallout Boy, July 27, 2021 - should be a fun day with my wife and daughter.

Last Concert - Foo Fighters, Pittsburgh PA. Dave Grohl was born to be a rock star. It comes so natural to him. He embraces the limelight and the glamor and the adoration, but he does it in such a humble way that draws in the audience rather than keep them at a distance.

Next Concert - John Hiatt at a much smaller, much more intimate venue.

Foo Fighters are an amazing live act, and Dave is fucking awesome.

Was a bit disappointing and boring but they sang there 4 or 5 hits realky well.

Next concert - Supposed to be Live, Bush and Stone temple pilots June 21
Live have pulled out dur to scheduling and have been replaced by Cheap Trick. Will just be happy to go to a concert again no matter who is playing

Still great entertainers.

Last concert - Other than live local bands and the smaller festival, can't remember my last big concert.

Next Concert - May 22. Bon Jovi at the Drive-In.

In a couple hours, Phil Collins/Genesis tickets go on sale for Dec. I'm waiting.

Always a fun time at our local "Party in the Park" held twice a month. Most times just area bands, sometimes Rock, sometimes Country. It was cancelled all last summer but I look forward to them coming back this year. Can't beat a free and fun night out locally. Food, beer, and soft drinks sold by locals also.

I agree, Bonnie. Local bands in the summer here but just a short drive east to the bay, weekly shows by tribute bands, free and really fun.

First concert was The Jimi Hendrix Experience in 1968. Probably accounts for my hearing loss. Well worth it.

Being a Live Music Photographer, there are so many.
The last one I didn't work here in Vegas, I think was KISS, 2019 August-ish.

Next that I wont Shoot, will definitely be Godsmack, if they come, or if Chris and the 5FDP boys decide to blow it up here, have to see them, out of principle.

I get to see a lot of shows but when I'm shooting, I can't hear it, so I'm kinda Fucked & Not Fucked, ish!

Last concert - Reb Fountain, local singer/songwriter playing the dive bar down the road. Not really my thing - I got sushed for being too loud (even though we were virtually outside).

Next concert - Courtney Barnett, singer/songwriter chick from Melbourne, in two days. I have to go to the city for this one, even though she's playing down the road tomorrow night - the tickets for the local gig sold out super quick.

I'm alarmed at the age of some of the bands in this thread ... I mean, I'll go to a band I loved decades ago quite happily, but you need to get out and see some new stuff too.
