According to Rudy the subpoena required them to seize all electronic devices, Hunter's three hard drives are electronic devices, they didn't seize them though they fell within the scope of the subpoena. In addition they took Rudy's word they were Hunter's devices, why would they do that? Those hard drives could have belonged to anyone, they could have been his or like Rudy said, "Putins."
