all those social obligations with people that you weren't feeling, that used to be considered absolute or told to you they were mandatory but were actually arbitrary, all of those shits were pushed to the side or kicked to the curb...and you're still living and you didn't miss a damn beat.

Right now we curate our socializing carefully rather than having it pressed upon us and feeling obligated. It's a good thing, I think.
