I did hear an unarmed woman was shot in the throat and killed by a Capitol police officer who remains unnamed. That turned out to be true. What else turned out to be true is that Trump had offered the use of 10,000 NG troops to the city of Washington DC prior to January 6th but that was turned down by the leftist Mayor of the City and Democrats based on the "optics" of it all. AOC told us how she was accosted and threatened by Trump supporters in her office, but it turns out the communist bitch was lying as she was blocks away at the time in a safe place.

ICE and CPB need to be, at the very least, severely reformed and restructured.(which is what AOC is supporting) That Patriot Act was not meant to deal with the current situation (not to mention that it was a piece of crap law to begin with)

Canvasing the country with mail-in ballots where many states were unprepared, inaccurate and outdated voter rolls can have a more deleterious effect on the integrity of any elections and Pelosi knew that! Mail in ballots always favor democrats.

1. weren't asserting fraud claim disputes and
2. did not adequately demonstrate damages.

The affidavits, if properly submitted as claims to the state, were all processed and evaluated for credibility and validity. That is actually required as part of the election laws in every state.

We know that presenting a sworn affidavit to a federal judge that is false can get you prison time and other sanctions, and in state courts as well. None of those presenting such affidavits are being prosecuted, Why?

You don't understand what it means to sign an affidavit. You don't have to be factually correct in your assertions. I can claim lots of things in a sworn affidavit. To prosecute, they'd need to prove I willingly lied about what I swore.

The SCOTUS Texas case was bullshit and had no standing. States determine their own election laws and there was no evidence to claim PA failed to follow theirs...just a bunch of bullshit claims with no credibility

BS. The bottom line is they are "evidence" in a court of law. Dozens of such were not fully investigated or adjudicated. A sworn affidavit is a statement of truth, attesting to the truth of the statement, under penalty of perjury, fine, or imprisonment. Nobody with a brain lies on a sworn affidavit. No lawyer will take one into court if he thinks it is false.
