Their island has magical properties. They all stop ageing at 35 or are aged backwards to that age and never die. They are all 100's of years old and know everything there is to know about life and sex. Kinda like the Amazons in Wonder Woman.

Any new women stumbling upon their island is given a bath in the magical waters on the island. Any man who stumbles onto the island is gang banged until he dies of old age. The waters of the island only work on women.

If you go by how the Amazons in Greek mythology did it, they would meet annually with neighboring states to copulate with the men and return home. The girls that were born stay with the Amazons and the boys would be returned to their fathers. There's also stories of how the ones born as male were killed after birth.

There's also other stories of how they took male prisoners of war or sailors whose ships they raided, and then used them to reproduce. Of course in some stories, they would often kill the men after they mated with them, but at least they went out with one last lay.

They capture men who are unlucky enough to find the island and use them for breeding. There's a lottery amongst the women and the unfortunate losers have to breed with the disgusting men and go through the joys of pregnancy. Obviously, if the kid is male, it has to go. Also the men are disposed of once they can no longer breed. It might be a utopia on the surface, but there would definitely be a dark underbelly.

Women have two X chromosomes. They have all the biological raw materials that they need to create more women. Creating a man without a father would be problematic, but creating women offspring only takes a small leap of technology. Certainly less of a leap than warp-drive, transporters, or replicators.
