I am unmarried, but if I get married again (and at present), I would have been with ten men.

35+ men before I got married the first time. We were dating; he knew and was present when the numbers went up from the low 20s to the 35+. His idea, actually, and most of the men were his friends.

As for my second husband, it's only four (It was 2 for a long time, then I upped it to four during a memorable weekend. )

I’m in my 40’s and had seven male sexual partners prior to this relationship. My partner knows about all of them. We talk openly about our pasts. I would most certainly have played around more, but I did marry my high school sweetheart and was in a monogamous relationship for close to 20 years.

I meant you are only asking women about male partners rather than sexual partners in general. I suppose the consensus is likely that men don’t mind women getting it on with other women.
