I knew he was gona walk as soon as Monica tried to tie the time of the murder to a barking dog, and spent a whole day on this point. She then spent almost another month on the rest of the "evidence".

I can see how If I was on the jury, I would have voted not guilty, simply because the DA wasted 6 weeks of my life...

She would have been far better to stand up and say, We have his DNA from the scene, and that places him there durning the stabbings, since he was there, he either did it, or witnessed who did, the Prosecution rests.

Then let the defence run around for a couple weeks, trying to dismiss the DNA...
