FBI: Deplorables are in BIG trouble and should be peeing themselves

Trump's pet goons and gremlins are locked up in jail, will not be
lonely, for very long. Citizen members of the Lunacy party have Spring Fever,
and they are seeking fame by threatening the lives of American citizens.

Prepared with excuses to enable Trump-supporting lawyers, to use on
Mitch McConnell's pet judges - Get Out of Jail Free card.

Takes much more money to get a card, if the victims are shot and they die.

Insanity defense works much better for the Lunacy party, when they don't kill people.

^^^ Dude who said that spoke out of school and got his peepee whacked:

"A Trump-appointed prosecutor blindsided the Biden DOJ with a '60 Minutes' interview on the Capitol riot cases

Business Insider|20 minutes ago

Justice Department leaders were infuriated upon learning of outgoing US Attorney Michael Sherwin say for a CBS News interview that they had not authorized."

And now the Judge steps in:

"In an unusual court hearing, U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta said he was “surprised” by remarks prosecutor Michael Sherwin made to the CBS television program “60 Minutes,” and troubled by a New York Times article that cited anonymous Justice Department sources.

“I found it troubling that sources within the Department of Justice were detailing the possibility of additional charges in a pending criminal case and an ongoing criminal investigation,” Mehta said, adding, “this case will not be tried in the media.”

Mehta said the news coverage could undermine due process rights of defendants and that he would consider imposing a gag order if the pattern continues."

UPDATED TUE, MAR 23 2021 5:39 PM EDT

Retired New York Police officer Sara Carpenter was arrested Tuesday on charges she participated in a riot by supporters of former President Donald Trump in the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

The Queens resident told the FBI she went to the Capitol after hearing instructions from Trump, who urged supporters to protest the election of President Joe Biden.

Carpenter is one of a number of current and former members of law enforcement charged with participating in the riot.

Guess there's no such thing as honor in Deplorable-land.

Capitol riot defendant flips to help prosecutors against Proud Boys

At least one of the Capitol riot defendants has flipped against the Proud Boys, agreeing to provide information that could allow the Justice Department to bring a more severe charge against the group's leadership, according to an attorney involved in the case.

The development is the first indication that people charged in the insurrection are cooperating against the pro-Trump extremist group.

Well...it is better than jail...and they only needed one. The rest are now asking if they can flip but prosecution is telling them...we don't need your testimony. We have one.

Yup. Now all they get is the satisfaction of knowing they were willing to turn on their own.

Will the 'newly revealed evidence' get cuffs on the Ringleader In Chief?

A genuine bumbler faces charges.

Robert Chapman, from New York, told a user he matched with on the dating app Bumble "I did storm the Capitol", FBI court filings say.

They replied "we are not a match", and shared a screenshot of the exchange with authorities.

Mr Chapman was arrested and charged in New York on Thursday, media reports say.

'You haven't seen anything yet': FBI agents tell former colleague more is coming for Jan. 6 attackers

Former FBI official Frank Figliuzzi revealed that more is coming from the bureau as they continue the investigation on the Jan. 6 attack.

It was revealed this week that the FBI had arrested over 400 people and they expect to arrest at least another 100. They've had almost 250,000 tips from people like family members, significant others, former significant others and colleagues who turned them in. But according to Figliuzzi, there is still more coming.

They need to arrest Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Jr., and Michael Flynn for the 6 January insurrection.

I keep hoping the Fool Boys and Oateaters are telling all sorts of tales that can be verified and presented in court about the root of the whole mess.

The Justice Department is now saying it expects to charge at least 500 people with taking part in those riots on Capitol Hill. So far over 400 have been charged in what the DOJ is calling one of the largest investigations in U.S. history.

Department of Justice lawyers is calling this one of the largest investigations in Justice Department history. Not just because of the number of people charged, but the sheer volume of evidence. It includes, last count, something like 20,000 hours of video from surveillance and police body cameras.

The magnitude of the charges will move from things like trespass and assault all of the way up to conspiracy and we're seeing more of that and even possibly sedition and even possibly an enterprise theory of approach which is under consideration to take down and dismantle groups like Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.
