Continuous Hyperlink?

Several of the contest entries I have read have the text on the first page as a continuous hyperlink back to the main contest page.

The subsequent pages look fine.

I think I'll wait to submit my entry for a few days to see if whatever is causing the hyperlink gets corrected.

Yes, when I looked at mine this morning...seeing the first page as a link, plus the addition of a "\a>' makes me think an automatic link thing may have gone awol...

Will see if it clears up...

Well, I haven’t tried a contest yet, but they seem fun and mine is posted now, so no going back . At first, mine also had the hyperlink issue, but it seemed to be resolved a few hours later, along with other entries.

There are too many plot bunnies jumping around me. Once I had finished, edited it, and submitted it - I could forget it and work on the others.

But I don't usually forget a story that quickly. I suspect it's a stinker!

I'm a little late to the party since I only joined the site a week ago but I'm having a go at this one. Plus, when I spotted the comp I did a bit of research and found the Gowk theme, and only THEN discovered others had also gone down that route. So now I'm scrambling to create something original from it.

I just signed up with literotica this Month! I started exploring the forum and many submissions on the site. I have enjoyed the stories I have read so far and the rest of the site looks like a lot of fun.

But, to be honest, I'm a little overwhelmed too. Any help/recommendations of where/how to post would be wonderful.

I saw the April Fool's Day contest and thought my story could be a fun contender. It's about a 1990s popstar getting caught in a series of misadventures. There's musical inspiration, early morning yoga and an ornery security officer. They all add up to lots of lighthearted desceptions that lead to lots of embarrssed, confident and confused ladies all without their clothes.

Somewhere in either this thread or the contest rules, it mentions contest stories getting more exposure. That's no joke. This story has more votes than 3 of my other stories in less than 24 hours, and is only a couple dozen away from surpassing a 4th (and a some of those have been on the site for a year now)
