I was disappointed with e-stim as it needs to be a bit stronger. If I hold it in my hands, it feels almost numbing but down there.... not much. I'd have to try it again though. Perhaps I have to clench hard around it for feel it.
 
Still working on achieving a full release myself and has been alot of trial and error
