So far, five of the seven Republican senators who voted to convict former President Donald Trump during his second impeachment trial have faced censures from local or state GOP groups.

This is like saying 'theses are the good Americans that put country above party, and right above wrong'.
 
It's soon enough to Murkowski's next election (the last one not having been easy--hard enough that she didn't have party backing) to have an effect on her. On the others? Not so much.

This is like saying 'theses are the good Americans that put country above party, and right above wrong'.

No it's like saying

"You're not representing your state/voters.....prepare to suffer the consequences." and you can bet your ass they're probably out when an actual Republican challenges them.
