NY Times exclusive today, Trump was way sicker than publicly acknowledged.

He had lung infiltrate as a result of Covid, which is usually a death sentence for the general public...but he got the special drugs that allowed him to recover in 3 days.

His blood oxygen was 80% which is dogshit (anything under 90% is terrible) and he's obese. The lung scarring from that much fluid stays in your body long after the disease is gone, it takes years off your life and makes it much harder to breathe on a good day.

I seriously doubt with his age, weight and co-morbidities that he'll be alive in 3 years...let alone have enough energy to campaign in 2024.
