The piece of shit needs to be in jail.
The piece of shit needs to be in jail.
For what?
Enraging Democrats isn't a crime.
Encouraging supporters to overturn a fair election is...
And don't tell me it wasn't fair: EVEN HIS OWN APPOINTED LAWYERS HAVE DISMISSED HIS RIDICULOUS CLAIMS.
agreedThat will hopefully come after he leaves office.
Right now, he must be impeached, whether or not the Senate moves on conviction and whether or not the 25th Amendment is invoked.
Every option of accountability matters in a serious situation like this.

Giuliani continues to make claims after they have been debunked. That seriously undermines his credibility.I am on the same wavelength re Trump.
He either deliberately instigated an insurrection, or he showed atrocious poor judgment with his incendiary speech.
But I disagree with your implication that the fairness of the election should have been self-evident to most people.
Have you listened to Rudy Giuliani or other credible public figures? Their arguments re election frauds sound So plausible.
So I'm still not excluding the possibility of isolated incidents of fraud.
Just not large-scale ones, as Trump believes, as I think that the majority of people voted for Biden.
if they don't impeach then he's still got room to try and run in 2024

Apparently Trump has no intention of resigning. Because once again, he doesn't recognize that he did anything wrong.
Inciting insurrection, telling rioters that he loves them (yet later telling them they are criminals who belong in jail), not calling in the national guard (and then later lying about it)... he doesn't see how any of these things are wrong.

Enraging Democrats isn't a crime.
Articles are being written up as we speak.
Dems have 131 co-sponsors so far, and the list is growing...
I stopped reading here. equating Giuliani with credible public figures fingers you as a total idiot.![]()
At this point, he would only resign if he cut a deal with Pence for a full pardon before Pence leaves. That won't happen now. Pardoning Trump would kill Pence's future Presidential ambitions, just as it did for Gerald Ford.
How long should this really take? "Violated his oath of office by encouraging a mob to attack Congress in the middle of its certification of an election, resulting in several deaths."
There, I wrote it for them.
And Pence has no political future no matter what he now does. Like Bush the Lesser can be grateful for Trump taking over the "most bumbling" position of the presidents in history, Pence has taken over that position for vice presidents from Dan Quayle.
