I believe EVERYONE should be practised at being their own advocate BUT the same way that someone has a fool for a client when they are their own attorney.

I'm going to laugh when the DC chief of police tries to have her arrested as she threatened to do.

Under the Constitution, applicable in DC, a congressman cannot be "stopped" while traveling to/from Congress.


So, if she's "traveling" (ie going to work) and is stopped because they suspect she's illegally carrying a concealed weapon, which of them is going to answer to the courts for it? Then there's the question of how fucking stupid do you have to be to threaten a sitting congressman who has the power to make your life so fucking miserable you'll regret being born?

Here is her criminal record. She is not under investigation. Nothing about guns.

Also, I kind of thought everything about your Constitution was about not allowing anyone individual to have absolute power?

So why should a Police Officer worry if they stop and arrest her if they catch her doing something illegal, like say "speeding" then find the handgun?
