I haven't been to the bar in sooooo long. Not just cus of 'rona either. Our fave spot went out before all this mess hit and we've a 10pm curfew/closing time. Fuckin 'rona.

I'm not a huge bar goer as a social exercise, enough of that with work. We happened to go with the other couples to see what this place was like as it had a risque reputation.

No I didn't flash to get a drink. I didn't think anyone would but as we were leaving a lady pulled her top up for a laugh. So I guess it works.
That was the crop of the one that did work out. Blurred knees mostly, but that one snuck in just on the right side of the photo. The nip one turned out, but I can't claim it was a deliberate set up. It just happened to short focus and the sunset remained reasonably visible. Sometimes you just a get a win along the way when you look at them all the next morning.

What are you scanning for? We aren't huge goers either but we had a favorite gay bar/grill that we frequented. One of those where you're comfortable and surrounded by familiar faces. Plus they were connected via kitchen to the diner next door so the food was always good. But unfortunately the owner developed a drug habit and the whole kitten-kaboodle went belly up. So no more for us. :\

The QR code scan is a contact tracing system. Encrypted, no one gets access to the data and deleted after 28 days. Just in case someone stuffs up. You are logged as being at that bar, restaurant, hairdresser, festival etc so they would know who to alert to go into quarantine. The state was closed to the other states up until a week or so ago, and progressively opening to each once they have achieved 28 days transmission free. The borders close again if they get a single unexplained case.

It has been 35-39C all week here. Lots of swims and the afternoon sea breeze ('The Fremantle Doctor' if there are any local residents or cricket fans) didn't come in until late. So we were all swimming until sunset and eating on the beach. I had the waterproof rated phone out in the ocean with me facetiming with some friends in the snow and then taking some silly pics. This one happened to turn out really well, just about leaping off my chest.

Mornings have been great with an easterly breeze and no waves. It leaves a lovely contrast with the sand water and sky. Not bad for 5km from the CBD as the crow flies, plenty of space for everyone.
