I haven't... but reading obituaries tonight made me really want to. I read a quote that said something like he was as skilled at observing human interaction and detail as he was at carving out a riveting story.. something like that. Made me want to go out and buy a book first thing tomorrow.

John le Carré must have made so much money for his backers and publishers.

I devoured his masterpieces. I thank him for his influence, for inspiring me to search for more
books that kept my intellect from becoming lazy.

We formed a club, to gather together and watch "Tinker Tailor Soldier " on PBS.

The life of John le Carré has ended. He is honored.
