So, I've been a closet exhibitionist for FAR too long now, and decided I can't hold back any longer.

A year or so ago I really decided it was time to see what I could with my 40+ body. I'd never really worked hard to get myself in shape except for a couple months before a vacation long ago, and figured it was my last chance to give it a shot.

Sadly I don't have many before pics. Oldest I can find is:

Thanks for all your compliments so far. Thankfully the lockdown hasn't quite reached me yet, so I'm still getting gym time but not nearly enough. I hate working out at home.
