"Petitioners’ legal team has asked me whether I would be willing to argue the case before the Supreme Court, if the Court grants certiorari. I have agreed, and told them that, if the Court takes the appeal, I will stand ready to present the oral argument," the Texas Republican continued in the statement. "As I said last week, the bitter division and acrimony we see across the Nation needs resolution. I believe the Supreme Court has a responsibility to the American People to ensure, within its powers, that we are following the law and following the Constitution."

Sally Yates shredded Cruz in a hearing when he tried to set her up with what he thought was going to be a gotcha question. I’m sure he’ll do just fine in his mind, though certiorari is a pipe dream since the no evidence cases got dismissed, often with prejudice, and I’m sure the scotus doesn’t care to become a laughingstock, though Cruz seems willing to.

Teddy is right about one thing, the bolded part above.

The problem is that the division and acrimony is coming only from one side. It does have to stop, but that isn't going to happen until Trump's supporters admit that the elections were fair and Biden is president elect.

They don't have to like it; they don't have to stop opposing the democrats. They do have to stop the bullshit about a 'stolen' election and all the theories manufactured from nothing more than wishes and wants. NO evidence of substance has been found to support ANY of the accusations. NONE. So it's time to put them to rest and let's get back to dealing with things that matter like Corvid, the economy, the deficit and getting us the hell out of Afganistan without allowing the entire thing we've worked for, that out young people have bled and died for from collapsing.
