Fish can be caught off the back, or someone can dive in and grab a lobster from the reef. Remember, we don't have mountains over here. Old continent, the mountains have all been eroded.
Nothing spectacular, just the rib tender into shore then head 5km to the main settlement. Grab a coffee while I am there, maybe some pies for lunch.

Summer days, it's nice being out and about in the dry heat here. There is always time to head off for a swim during the working day, before, during or afterwards.

It's not hard to look out the office window and work out when to head off. While the low res photo is hard to see, there is a glimpse of the ocean just in the distance. Into the car, straight down the terrace and head west for 8km and there you go. I'm not kidding when i say we don't have mountains or much in the way of hills here.

My home wardrobe has moved to little cotton dresses to finish the day in. Nice and airy.

The funny thing with laser is that every few years a few hairs suddenly pop up and grow. Just all of a sudden. You shave off the odd one but then there are few more that pop up until you look at your walking across the beach bikini and they are out on the side. Laser booked in for tomorrow morning to zap them all. I really can't be bothered maintaining anything over the 9 months of beach weather here.

I have been practicing a few dishes for Christmas this year. It's hot here, so you want a whole heap of things hot, cold and in between. I had a nice lot of prawns on hand so did them up as a pesto linguine with the prawns on top. i think it will go nicely as just another dish to take a serve from and fill plates up on the second and third helpings. Or, hold it back to come out in the evening when everyone is ready to eat all over again.

Love the photos. Thanks for sharing. In looking at the first photo, I found myself wondering if there were more angles to the shot. The head to toe is, of course, divine, but I can't help but wondering about the same pose taken toe to head.

As far as the wild hairs, I'm afraid I have some bad news.....it’s not the laser. I've never lasered my eyebrows or forehead, yet one day I woke with a rather long hair sprouted about 3/4 of an inch above my eyebrow. It hadn't been there before. It wasn't just a piece of stuble or a little hair that had fallen and stuck. It had roots and the thing popped out almost an inch while I slept. I'm not alone in my old age wild hair discoveries (and I'm not that old).

As of this morning all gone, so no need to tweeze. Feels like getting hit by a rubber band repeatedly when the laser is on. When it comes back it is the odd random line and very fine, but give it a few shaves and it thickens up.

I don't towel dry when I come out of the ocean. Just lay down and air dry, so the salt and sand will stay wherever it is.

Yes, high office space in this building. Two others which you can actually see in the photo, for other projects. Different folks like different working space but they do interchange a bit as they feel like it. They are usually doing maintenance on at least one of the lifts one day a week, but that doesn't really impact too much, just the predictive algorithm on where the control system prepositions a lift car at any one time. I can summon a lift remotely as I leave the office to shorten the wait time.
Rogue hairs are that. In theory they should not come back, but a few hormones flow and a few pop up here and there. Rogue nipple hairs are more funny. Lasered again this morning so off they go.
Lots of different types of pasta. This linguine is actually gluten free and very heavy on the pesto. I'd normally put 6 or 7 types of veges in with it, but it's a side dish experiment, not a main.

That is a choice. I choose to live and base here and accept that in normal years I have to jump on long haul flights. But I love the sun, dry weather and being a nudie. One day you might choose a different climate, or at least time in two climates during the year.
You may put sunscreen on my back. Have to get everywhere.

Toe to head is possible but then I would have to put the phone on the sand and use a voice command, rather than holding it up and shooting backwards. If you take a dozen there is usually one ok one. I take it you would like one looking up my legs than down.
They don't come back much. I was naturally quite thick and dark but that's been gone for a while. The overnight surprise is usually looking down at your boob and finding a long hair has suddenly sprouted near your nipple, or suddenly feeling some fuzz around your bum. Hormones.

No it's not, I made a choice to not have any, so a few is out of place to the none. I see a few full growths on the beach this year, something I haven't really seen in the last 10-15 years here when the front stripe gave way to nothing at all. Most of the guys on the beach are either close trimmed or bare still. "Actively cared for and managed" were the words used by the fashionable. Doesn't matter what you are rocking, so long as it is not unmanaged. A bit of shampoo and conditioner in it makes it soft, like blokes who remember to do that to their chest hair.
