Evening all,

Welcome to my thread, I apologise for the inevitable bumping I give this thread in the hope you make the leap and say hi!

2020 - what a year! Shame it’s not with a great deal of fond memories of numerous nights out or sun drenched foreign travel. Back in a second lockdown and it all seems a bit gloomy at the moment!

So, a little about me, whilst aesthetics are not the be all and end all but we are humans with a default setting to being curious. Without any further ado, a concise description about me; I’m 6’6, I believe my neuro function is still strong in spite of banging my head on countless things. Stocky and powerfully built, several years ago I had a series of life changing events and shed over 30% of my body weight, no I didn’t have surgery! Shaved brown hair, green eyes that are framed with glasses, large hands with long and thick probing fingers, powerful thighs, ridiculously huge feet. Yep, I’ve heard it - massive socks needed.

Home life isn’t not ideal for me. Not woe, no criticism and, in time, I would happily divulge the more personal elements if you’re curious. I love dogs, sucker for a sob story where they’re concerned, I can’t get any more though! I have become a bit of an endorphin junkie and love to exercise (genuinely, I used to just love sitting on my backside and eating things that were tasty, slutty and bad for me but it makes for a short life). It’s a great escape, release and it does me some good. If the ten year ago me could read this, he wouldn’t have seen it coming!

I love sports, don’t worry if it’s not your bag I’m not going to bore you with my sporting views and opinions, I keep abreast (ooh er) of news, life and I’m capable of holding adult conversation on a myriad of topics!

So, what do I seek? The $1,000,000 question. I am looking for someone to share a slice of life with. Tell me a out your day, desires, secrets (when you’re comfortable, naturally) Lit’s see where it takes us. This site isn’t the most user friendly at times, if we ended up messaging on a platform away from here that was mutually workable then great. From there, no pressure. What happens, happens. Bonus points if you’re based in the uk or Europe. No xenophobia here, just if you’re scoffing you’re cornflakes when I’m eating my dinner then all we will see is the inside of our eyelids than each other!

Thank you for the reply and the kind words, nice to be noticed! Being on the other side of the Atlantic is not a deal breaker at all! It’s just a case of working out the time differences and if our schedules, intertwined with that difference, can work out!

I hope for you quite seriously, filt, that such women still do exist on the LitPersonals. My own luck started to turn only, when a very sweet woman I had begun to engage with two and one half years ago, sent me friendly Christmas greetings. And we are now back together again once more.

I have had some joy recently, a remarkable lady who I switch emails with but, alas, work and life restrains coupled with time zone differentials mean I have an abundance of time on my hands.

I have contemplated returning to past strong connections. I have actually met two incredibly ladies here but their circumstances changed - the first had her home life change and met a new man in the real world, which is awesome, we stay in touch still as friends and the other moved to the other side of the Atlantic (that damn ocean owes me big time). So those avenues are firmly shut as it stands.

I am delighted you have found a renewed connection. Best of luck to you and thanks again for your goodwill and kind words.

I am not sure if I will gain reply, nor who remains given my Lit exile has been long but my Christmas is quiet, I have time and I might make a new friend.
