I usually just figure it's a year of some import to the user (the year they were born, got married, graduated from college, etc.). In the case of 66, the highway makes sense.

For example, Black Lives DONT matter, Trump is the Great Dear Leader and those who disagree should be rounded up and shot, Compassion and empathy and just about any concern for the greater good is "Socialism" and therefore, undesiarable, The Holocaust, Covid 19, Global Warming, are all HOAXES, and so on, and will often post links to far-right articles from fringe "news" sources to back up his "Facts." I've called him out on this kind of thing countless times before, and I've even reported him to the webmasters. But like the other forum troll who continually changes usernames and spams this site with incessant trolling, he never really goes away.
