Agree with the good analysis.
Seems to be a bit of self degradation in there i.e. all treating her poorly.
Also, she seems to go for some flash.

Do you talk to her about this?
 
Opinion

If she is typically cheating there isn't much you can do about it. But knowing she is can give you a bit of freedom. Ignore her... treat her the way she responds to. See what happens... can't get much worse.

The guy Mrs. Screwher cheated with years ago checks some of these.

He wasn’t crazy about her. Just sexually attracted to her.
They were drinking buddies for a short time.
He was married.
Definitely older than us.
Was definitely selfish.
All he wanted was to get in her panties.

I was going to ask this same question as well as make a suggestion since I know a lot about be married and sleeping with a lot of other men. The difference between your wife and me is my husband shared me and enjoyed watching me with others whenever possible. Yes I was and I guess still a slut in many ways to many, even after my husbands passing.

Your analysis is pretty throrough but I think your bottomline sort of missed the mark. According to your list these guys are not all that similar. They're a variety of different men, sure they share some common traits, but I have known all of them, so to speak. What the real answer is she is acting out self destructively as Haventdonethat and Ef-oh-ex said and another said "there isn't much you can do about it and he is also correct.

I see a few things that maybe she is feeling. Like me, she gets off by others enjoying using her sexually. Her self esteem seems very low causing the self destructive behavior. I feel the latter is most likely. The first is a submissive trait (I am), but this is not as common as the self destructive personality. People who are self destructive are depressed, they may be or become alcoholics or drug addicted or other addictions, eating to much, sexual addiction, and so on. The solution is they need professional help.

I feel you need to sit down with her when both are sober and not in a sexual setting and see if you can come to some sort of compromise. Maybe if you get some pleasure from her playing around see if she will use it by telling you about what she does with the guys she sees. Maybe become swingers, or find someway that both can find a common comfort zone with each other. The other alternative and best is get her help somehow (tough thing to do. She has to want it). The other is leave her and find what you want and deserve in a partner.

I'm not a therapist or doctor of any kind, just a sluttish gal with a lot of experience in this area. There are likely other solutions, but these are what comes to mind from what you have said. Hope it helps and Good Luck!
 
My advice would depend entirely on whether the op's wife was a good cook, kept the bathroom clean and was prepared to work hard! ;)
