What’s the point really? Of course it’s expensive care. Are you suggesting that an American president, democrat or republican, just show up at a local emergency room and get care. Are you suggesting that If Hillary were president or Biden becomes president he’ll eschew Walter Reed if he needs medical care.

No it isn't, presidential pay is a direct transfer of payment to an individual from the government. The President's family business income doesn't figure into the subject at all.
