I really like that show too, but I'm way behind in my viewing.

I enjoy how the plot each season can get somewhat convoluted, but then they usually do a pretty good job of bringing it all together by the final episode of the series. AHS is willing to get pretty dark and weird and take some chances, which is a good thing since most American horror movies these days tend to play it fairly safe.

I really enjoy Killing Eve - but I have no idea what it's all about. I guess it is one of those shows that you just let wash over you.
