He had been less than favorable about the position I hold, stating we didn't need to have that. Then he wouldn't really interact with me. He had very poor impulse control. He had no filter and would just blurt inappropriate (not sexual) things. I had no part in him being let go. I hadn't said anything to anybody at work. I guess they had received many complaints.
