...what colour would you like your fishy scales'n'tail to be?

why?

i'm pretty traditional so i'd probably like a lovely shade of green. unless i could have some kind of iridescent rainbow scales that changed color with the light.

you can have whatever your imagination pleases!

The question doesn't provide enough .......question. and is lacking any invitation to 📪in. 🔑 key words

Mer-person ?

Why ?

Other then bait .......

Work on your verbiage skills , be exciting if you can.
Or fabulous if you can. Be yourself , unless ....

On topic : mrs ff would be a siren.
I would be a Pirate Captain

Cause we could , or , it's a Halloween 🎃 costume.

it really isn't that difficult

a mer-person, male/female/androgenous/bi/who cares... the crux of the question is about choosing a colour. the why? it tells me things about a person and has absolutely nothing to do with fishing/phishing/politics/prejudice.

it's a simplistic, happy thread. what fuckin' pirate captain has a fishtail? you ain't no cap'n birdseye, either.

Just a side note :

ca!m down 👧 girl

Don't over think it.

You own it now !!

Verbiage is engaging , with words , put to font and typed .out. No mask required.

i'm practically semi-comatose right now

didn't

whelp

verbiage is not. oh, wait... you're going the american usage which flies directly in the face of the british use of the word

oxford dictionary: speech or writing that uses too many words or excessively technical expressions.

of course, the usa took yet another example of the english language, turned it on its head, and wonders why brits have issues with how the 'mericans express themselves *sigh*

so you gonna answer the freakin' question? otherwise my opinion of you based on your responses will stand

Emerald. Reminds me of my favorite gem and my eyes. And I like paranormal/non-human fantasy stories.

My knowledge of mermaids is limited to the one with whom I had a a brief encounter. Her legs would morph when she was on dry land (overwater she called it) and then we could at least scissor. Sometimes she'd bring a couple of crabs to use as nipple clamps and she'd braid shells into my hair. I brought her some land veg once and she nearly pissed herself laughing about carrots!
Anyway, your question is simple - they change colour at will or in an emotional response. Seeing her orgasm was spectacular - like a laser show. I'd be just like her.

Grey.

Why do you privileged people try to bring color (colour) into every facet of normal, every day life?

We'll do fine without your virtue signaling.

I'd like to think my bottom half would be squid. Your friendly neighborhood kraken. So something slightly lovecraftian, sickly green perhaps.

Good morning mer-people :rose:

A toast for you :)

May your day be filled with conversation with intriguing and interesting people. May that same karma follow you into the weekend.

Cheers

Footnote. ....*Non Mer-Persons , be polite and remember picking a color is important to the thread author.

Mer - person?

Dude, a merMAID is a fish. Well, half a fish anyway. It doesn't have "person" anywhere in it's genetic job description.

And, if you want to try to interject the "transformation ability" to look like a person as a reason to call them "persons", then what you really have is a "were - FISH" instead of a person.

Supernatural creatures are not "people." Thus, the entire genderizing thing is misplaced.

Color: I'd want them to be as black as the void and terrifying to behold.

Why: Because the ocean is a scary motherfucking place and I don't want to get eaten by sharks, giant squids, or a pod of razor-toothed Orcas.
