Cupid loses Stamp

The story began with cupid stamping papers, each stamp caused a different kind of love and the papers detailed romantic, platonic loves etc.
While distracted he accidentally stamps a boy's paper with romantic love instead of platonic love with his parents and messes up his gf as well I think.
It was a pretty long story iirc
