Any other writers think things are speedier?

I wasn't sure what forum to post this on. So, I'm terribly sorry if this isn't the correct place.

I've noticed that instead of a few days or even a week, which I'm accustomed to, recently it only takes a single day or two for a chapter of a story to be reviewed and published onto Literotica.

Obviously, I'm not complaining. I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this, and if there might be a reason for it. Maybe Laurel's in a good mood?

It is faster if you are a known author who rarely comes close to breaking the rules. But slower during a contest, if your story isn't a contest entry.

The poster may actually being saying faster than before. My most recent one went up in less than two days, at an off-beat time, and isn't a contest piece. It may have been an anomaly, but it most definitely was better than the general--and no less for a noncontest piece--time of two days for my submissions over fourteen years.

Shorter submissions take less time as well.

Laurel usually takes about 5 days to slog her way through my story submissions but I tend to being wordy.

She's trained you to give her the submission she requires of her male authors.

I can tell that you're probably one of those readers who send me anon fan mail about "too long and hard to take in all at once". AmIright?

You wish.

No, no, no...

It's the READERS who are wishing for it to be true, not the author. I'm just appealing to their desires for a lengthy session with a long/hot, *ahem*, plot.

But, for you, Book #2 is a little bit shorter and without as much "girth" because I know how much trouble you've been having with the larger size.
