My lit partner? It would probably be good morning. Because the time he usually sends it has meaning. And I’ll never forget hearing it when I woke up next to him in the same bed.

There’s plenty else in there, but that’s a standard one.

There is a particular English gentleman I like talking to on the phone quite often and when the line connects, he will say "__insert real name here__ are you there?" And when I say, I'm here! He replies, "Well... thank God for that."

And that is the single most British, sweet and hilarious sentence to me.

Love this...so sweet:heart:

This is a mushy question.

What is a word or phrase that someone you love uses a lot or absent mindedly that makes you smile?

There are a few words where my wife's childhood Jersey Shore accent really comes out when she's not careful. Every once in a while I'll be treated to a cup of cawfee or a glass of wadder. It's not often, but it's a delight when it happens. It's like getting a peek behind the curtain and I love it.

My bestie when he calls me "Scimmietta" (little monkey), because I'm being mischievous.
It always makes me grin and get away with things. :D

Lately, it’s been this one:

It’s a fucking nightmare to spin to and maybe that’s why I love it. I can’t help but ride to the beat and if you’ve ever been on a spin bike, you probably know what I’m talking about. Maybe it makes me smile because it takes me back to when I could tell FUCK! With my friends in a dark room? I don’t know. It just gets me every time. It’s also insane for boxing drills.

For general smile music, Todrick Hall. This brings me a specific smile: https://youtu.be/TQ04gPb4LlY
Girl, what did that girl say?
