A Petitioner's Request For The Return of Jersey Jade

I have only been on the board for a mere blink of an eye. One thing I can attest to is that sometimes, you come across someone very special and entertaining but, you don’t realize how special they are until they are gone.

If you have interacted with her, you know her affectionately as JJ. You can’t miss those beautiful eyes any more than how strikingly witty and fun she is. Age certainly was not relative when interacting with her as she is simply an integral part of the playground and a bright spot to anyone’s day that took the time to chat with her.

So, in her absence, I am submitting this petition in hopes if you know her, you will join me in letting her know how much she is missed as we all hope she will return soon.

JJ, hope you see this and the messages that follow and know that you are a fun, special part of this board. Sometimes we forget to say such things as we sadly assume you know what a bright light we all think you are.

Sorry folks but as much as I like JJ I’m going to go counter on this and wish her happiness and success in stepping away from Lit, it’s distractions, artificial conflicts, and drama. She’s wanted to do this before but returned for the people here that she liked. So cutting the Lit strings and moving on… well, I hope she’s one of the successful ones who’ve logged off of here and stayed gone. Bye JJ, you keep on keeping on and stay healthy.

If you choose to come back, you will definitely be welcomed. If leaving Lit and the negativity it brings, brings you peace, I hope you never return. I believe people get a little selfish ( not in a malicious way or evil way) in wanting you to stay, because they miss you and appreciate their time with you. You do what's best for yourself, wishing you the best, no matter what you choose to do.

Okay, so I have no idea what the whole "Cut the apron strings" thing is about, but I miss ya. Sometimes we need to be told we're loved, because negative people make us doubt it. So just know there are many who love you and miss you.

This. I didn't know she was planning to leave. But I didn't talk with her as much as you all.
She will be missed. We all know how hard this place is to leave, and how toxic it can be. So as long as she is happy, that is all that matters. I'm sorry that I didn't say get to say goodbye, in case she does manage to stay away. So I hope one of you who does have contact with her will pass along all the well wishes.
