Hello!

I absolutely love reading these beautiful stories to myself, but had an idea. I currently have an audio line where callers tell me about their fantasies or confessions, and occasionally tell stories.

I would love to record myself reading some of these stories out loud for my ELM page. I would of course reference the author and where the rest of your writing can be found, and if you wanted to hear a portion of me reading your story before I posted it that would be totally fine of course.

If you are interested, please send me the link to a story or your info so we can discuss.

It would help if you would give some specifics, such as story length limits, genres, and such. :)

Have you considered using text to speech? It of course has to use the provided voice and only one narrator but if you wanted say a British female narrator for your story it’s an option. Of course it won’t deliver the same outcome as a proper narration but it can give the illusion of someone narrating your story. Most standard words narrate pretty well but anything odd in the writing will come across very odd in the narration, it should be enough of an idea of how your story sounds and reads by a narrator.

Brutal One

I believe ELM stands for English Language Mainstream. The OP has an audio line associated with an ELM page. The OP isn't the person for whom the recording is intended. The point is for people learning English to hear English spoken by someone fluent in English.

I read mine out loud to the wife, you can catch a lot of mistakes when you do that.

I would suggest you try some of the 750 word challenge stories. They are very short and to the point. The issue I have with Audible is that some stories you have to keep track of a number of characters and I struggle with that. The shorter 750 word stories get around that by focusing on a simple idea and boil the plot down to fit it into the length.

My stories are in my signature. Most of the 750 word stories have 750 in the title.
