As a member of several nudist clubs, I know this, is, the norm.

I just believe there should be no LAWS against nudity or sexual behavior. (Obviously, rape and pedophilia are more crimes of control and violence. They should be prohibited)

Individuals and groups would most likely self-regulate watching.

Yes, and I don't care what their motive is.

I also support men's rights to choose to be totally naked in public. Yeah, some of them will get boners. That's a natural physiologic response to a stimulus, and an enlightened society will take it in stride.

In my ideal society, there would be places set aside for people to fuck or masturbate in public if they want to, without disturbing those who don't want to watch it.

I would stipulate that if a person is going to go around naked, they should at least carry a towel for when they sit down.
 
I think everyone, men and women, should have the right to be naked in public anytime and any place they want, regardless of size, age, or anything else. We are always naked at home and wish we didn't have to wear clothes to go out.

It's true that some nudist places have strict rules about showing boners in public. But there are others where people accept it as a normal part of male physiology and don't worry about it. They are few and far between, but I'd like to see more of them. I don't mind seeing an erect cock in public. as long as the guy isn't making an issue of it by fondling it.

1- Mentally challenged people are not children. many of them are able to grow mentally and emotionally to a level which can be considered adults. it's cruel to expect them to remain like little children for all of their lives. the person which I had a relationship with is now in a serious relationship with a girl. he is more mature and responsible than many of those who are not suffering from down syndrome.

2- I didn't said that I want men and children to have such a "right" (being naked in public). Jack's daughter Jackie here. I love to be seen naked in public or at home (we are a nudist family), but at over 350 pounds, some people might not like what they see. Fortunately my whole family loves it.

Well, my body, my choice. However, there are practical limitations and it is best kept to the clothing optional beaches. I enjoy it there.
 
I enjoy being nude unless it is cold but one should always consider the sensibilities of others as well. There are resorts and beaches for nudist and one can do as you wish at home.
