You could use some work on the jowls and teeth. Maybe make the legs a bit longer so the tits don't drag on the carpet.

Well the jowls and teeth were inherited and I still want to look like my family. I don't need the legs to be longer because my stomach is so big it stops the other problem at the ankles.

have you tried using 'paint'?
if you have it (and haven't used it to try), open it, bring the file there, use the options to flip the image 90 degrees til it's right side up, hit save.
hang on, find the picture file first and click on it to open... it asks me what programme i want to open it with and paint is one of the options, so i click on that, the pic opens up in paint and then in the toolbar at the top you'll see the 'rotate' option

I don’t disagree with you. But I offered the same a couple of years ago and a very nice older couple had me “improve” some of their pictures. Some were just fixing bad exposure, but others were to play into their fantasies a bit. Both through them both asking for certain “enhancements” and also, I think, knowing that some random guy out there was examining their private photos of her very closely. It wasn’t for posting all over the net. It was just for them.
I remember one long description I got where the husband tried to explain how he wanted me to try to show her how she still looks to him after 30+ years of marriage. I am not sure if I pulled it off, or not, but he seemed happy with the result.
