ICT I've always have read IFTC as "I finally confess that..."

IACT I now cannot see it any other way than "I fucking confess that..." and I am going to use it that way.

IFCT I kind of miss my old, needful, sometimes uncontrollable sex drive, but...

IACT I like the person I am on my new meds.

Besides, it's not like my sex drive is a lot lower. Hubby's getting almost as much as he always has. It's just calmer and less chaotic. Oh, and I no longer feel like I'm going to explode if I can't get off right away when the mood hits me. Delayed gratification is becoming a kind of reward rather than intolerable torture.
