Why you can't have nice things.

I realise that there are a thousand people to every one of you backward thinking trolls.

People who actually care about America and her image and I realise, none of you trolls care. Because if you did you wouldn't be such antisocial, undiplomatic dicks.

Some of those "backward thinking trolls" you mentioned are the same Native American's you just dissed for "embarrassing their country". You know, the country that, in your lexicon, whitey stole from them.

How is it that you think they are the racists when, in your fucked up narrative, reality they're the "victims" of oppression and racism?

Whether the restraint led directly to his death or just the stress - moot point.
Had the officer not sat on him, he would still be alive. Intoxicated or not.

And attitude-wise:
The roughness and incompetent restraint were not what spooked me.
We get it, those are charged situations in rough neighborhoods,
and officers panic and fear for their lives,

It was the repeated "I can't breathe" and the officer continuing to press his neck.
From that point on it all changed -- he treated him like an animal.

Now, it's he sat on him?

What were the other two doing?

It was the failure to recognize what was happening while he was in restraints that would lead to a charge of manslaughter (negligent homicide). The deliberate lack of action after being told by the crowd that Floyd was saying he couldn't breathe is the indifference that raises the manslaughter to murder.

The other officers are going to get roped in as accessories. (Felony murder rule.)

Cur her some slack, she views us in the colors she sees surrounding her...

The US focuses on freedom and liberty instead of fairness and justice. They are not same thing, and most Americans don’t know it. Without justice and fairness, their can't be equality and America revels in maintaining inequality inside and outside of its borders. :)

I'll try to make this easy for you.

George Floyd was murdered because he was black.

Is, "I can't breath," the new 'get out of cuffs' card?
There'll suddenly be as many asthmatics
as their are innocents in prison...

Algebra? In the sixth grade?
That discriminates against minority students.
Society kept the tools they needed hidden from them...

;) ;)

... only "white" families had the resources to give their children the advantage of education
in those crucial, formative 'head start' years before they attended kindergarten.
That's why we need them in school at three!

In some jurisdictions certain classes of American kids have been allowed to graduate from high school with only an eight grade proficiency level in order to avoid the stigma of not having earned a high school diploma.

Prove it, liar.

How many remedial years did your adopted "daughter" need once she returned to the public school system after your abortive "Project Homeskool" flamed out?

She never did graduate, did she?

Of this, I am painfully aware.

I'm sorry I'll say it louder. You are an embarrassment to yourself and your country!

Stamping your little feetsies doesn't change anything; you're a racist who hides behind a pointing finger.

Exactly!
It translates into legal language what many perceived but weren't articulate to convey.

I wasn't even too stoked
--- by the rough restraint ((oh boo hoo, if you want officers not to be as anxious around Black men in murder-riddled neighborhoods, take action to stop the problem within your midst))
--- or by the incompetence ((it can be fixed through retraining))

It was what you describe at number 2, which was absolutely horrific.
