I was privy to reading a facebook posting of a niece apologizing for what's going on and attributing her personal hurt as on account of her and the general white population for their evil disposition of white privilege. This is the upcoming younger generation. The train has gone off the rail. I fear riots will be the new normal.

Perhaps in the cities, but out here in the Bible Belt,
there is a sense of community, justice and the
intangible feeling that race does not matter
when you do good deeds or when you
engage in bad action. We don't riot.
We don't even have "ethnic"
neighborhoods, we have
economic enclaves.

Poor white trash lives next door to black people
who similarly eschewed the provided value
of things like a free public education in
favor of some other backward notion
of what life is all about...


I think that so much of our problem is the bicameral system of government
which fosters, maintains and nurtures so much of our us against them
natural inclinations which invites politics/politicians to devolve into
division and derision which is why you get such a visceral
reaction towards minorities who tend to express their
conservatism by aligning with the Republicans
whereas Democrats truly feel that it is they
who properly speak for them based upon

Public schools. They are no longer teaching the basics, they are indoctrinating. Children truly are being graded on "emotional activism" as opposed to Readin', Writin', and 'Rtihmetic. Until such time as communities regain control of their schools it's only going to get worse.

As horrendous as that tape was, Police and authorities can't act as swiftly as the Public wishes. Collecting all information and due process take time.


And I'm now asking myself: had the Ahmad Aubrey Ku Klux Klan-iish sort of murder not happened right before it,

perhaps African-Americans (the normal ones, not the agitators or the looters and arsonists) would have reacted differently to George's F 's killing:

"For now, we'll watch carefully George F's case to see that justice is being done.
But guys Police, we know that most of you are just good folks trying to make a living. But enough is enough. You HAVE to do a better job at weeding out the incompetent and psychopaths within your midst."
