Time to retire Ferguson narrative

Sis, we been had the same feels for the lonnnnnnnnnnnnngest time.

The weariness comes when you know that for each time this happens, there will be a next. And you can recycle the protest signs you carried the year before and the year before that and the year before that and the year before...pretty much just keep pressing rewind.

The shot below is a famous one from the Mike Brown slaying protests back in 2014, but it could literally be from yesterday and today.

The problem is, all of the racially tinged accusations against Officer Wilson were likely false, according to the final analysis by President Obama’s Department of Justice. The report, issued in 2015, found that Officer Wilson’s accounts were corroborated. He’d acted in self-defense. Brown, the report said, had reached into the police vehicle and grabbed Officer Wilson by the neck. And Brown appeared to be lunging toward Officer Wilson when Officer Wilson shot him in self-defense.

Talk like that in them there United States of ‘Merica will get you some tear gassin’, and a volley of rubba bullets.

My daughter and I were talking about what happened to George Floyd and I got so emotional. The tears were just coming down. It's hard, explaining to kids that bad things sometimes happen to good people. Because of their skin. It's fucked mate.

You’d think at this point he would know not to tell me not to do something. Jesus.

Sometimes I like Canada better.

Can’t remember where I saw someone say sometimes America is like Canada’s meth-addicted neighbor.

Ive motvjad metj or a Meth-addicted neighbor bit o assume it’s bad.

I hear you. It’s hard for kids to get their heads around hate like that.

Shit, it’s tough for adults.

Extra hugs, all round.

Well, Nerds, I fucking Did It

Marvel superfan arranges every MCU scene in chronological order, loses his mind, goes viral: ‘Took a global pandemic’

A Marvel superfan has made the best use of free time during the lockdown and listed every scene in the MCU, in chronological order. The fan, Tony Goldmark, tweeted his findings on Wednesday, which have since gone viral.

“Well nerds, I f**kin’ did it,” Tony wrote. “Took me a global pandemic and a damn quarantine, but I did it. I figured out the precise chronological order of all the MCU movies (so far) BY SCENE. I’m out of my Goddamn mind. You’re welcome.”

The fan continued, laying out some caveats, “Obviously, this only covers the 23 MCU movies so far. No ABC or Netflix TV shows, no shorts, no deleted scenes. I only counted flashbacks when they could be easily isolated from their respective film’s ‘present.’”

Whatever you do don't tell her about Tony Timpa or else she'll see right through your hysterical white guilt bigot act.

I’m pretty sure this Dragon’s Milk Stout is so filling because there’s lots of calcium in it.

I send a care package to my parents every month and I forgot until a few days ago with the whole car thing and whatnot and I forgot to send a drawing with the money, gift cards, sweets, and other things I’ve collected over the few weeks in between packages. My mom just texted to say that she’s bummed that I didn’t draw them anything. It actually made me feel really good, that she likes the drawings I send. Then she drops the fact that she’s been collecting them and she’s made a book for the kids to have my art when my parents pass. I’m just...a little overwhelmed. That’s incredibly sweet that she’s been saving my art for 5 years now.

I don’t think vitamin D stands for dragon.

It definitely stands for dick.
