I have been observing the same thing even when Trump was running against the primary swamp creatures like Jeb Bush.

Trump's base is the base of the hard working people that keep this country alive. Trump understands "we the people"... the hard working people that don't lay on their ass all day waiting for a welfare check but go out and earn one. People that want a wall to stop the drugs and cheap labor from polluting society. People that are not racists and damn sick of being called racists just because they are disgusted with violent gangs like MS-13.

The more they attack Trump the more they attack his base. His base is the core of what makes this country function. His base easily see through the corrupt scams launched by evil men like Adam Shit. Trump is utterly unfit for office. He has the temperament of a 2 year old and the intellectual curiosity of a soap dish. He cares only about power and making the 1% richer.

His handling of the coronavirus pandemic has been totally inept. Asides from holding news conferences to talk about himself, he has done almost nothing. It would be comical if so many people weren't affected by his incompetence.

When he repealed Obama care and replaced it with the best health insurance program in the world (on Day One), that was just following his base. And damn, we are all so glad that Hillary is now locked up in prison as a result of the Deplorables chanting at Trump during the election rallies. She should have never been so loose with her email communications.

When the impeached President shut down the country in response to COVID-19, there again he was just doing what his base wanted him to do. He's just the sock puppet, right?

Here is a little wake up call. All of the things you have listed are still on the table. It is true that the swamp has fought against the will of the people in all of these areas but this is not even half time yet. The game is not over. In the end the wall will be built and in ways that a person that doesn't understand the economy will never grasp is that Mexico WILL pay for it. And don't think for a minute that Trump or his base has lost track of the fact that Hillary would look a lot better in strips.
