Not joking at all. I have Neuralgia which so far is isolated in my feet so any joint pain freaks me out. The reason this thread is a joke is because Lupus is rare in males and the OP spelled it LUPAS several time so you know he was attention whoring.

it's "johnny" and he has a serious problem in dealing with reality. his family has tried for years to get him help and he has received help a few times but he always ends up back in this dark place.
