We Knew It Was Coming

Conversely, with Flynn, it was a liez even if you don't realize it was not the truth, the whole truth, a d nothing but the truth.

Same actors same interval of time and Hillary gets a team of lawyers, gets to obviously lie about things that she claims not to recall that she couldn't possibly not recall no transcript of the interview and no 302 so even if she did lie there's nothing to substantiate i5.

it all comes back to Obama....will he pay a price? Will anyone turn on him?

Rice knew there was an issue with that meeting, thats why she wrote a CYA memo for the record

It is said that Sally Yates hit the roof when she found out Comey sent agents into the White House, but it was her who went into the White House with a suggestion that Flynn violated the Logan Act, a bullshit assertion, in order to get him fired. She was clearly a conspirator in sabotaging the new President. She showed her true colors when she refused to defend a lawful order of the President on a travel ban. She was rightfully fired and all of her notes, emails, and documents should be investigated for further evidence of sabotage.

"The U.S. Justice Department on Thursday abruptly asked a judge to drop criminal charges against Donald Trump's former national security adviser Michael Flynn following mounting pressure from the Republican president and his political allies on the right.

The move drew furious criticism from congressional Democrats and others who accused the department and Attorney General William Barr of politicizing the U.S. criminal justice system by bending to Trump's wishes and improperly protecting his friends and associates in criminal cases.

Flynn, a retired Army lieutenant general who served as an adviser to Trump during the 2016 campaign, had been seeking to withdraw his 2017 guilty plea in which he admitted to lying to the FBI about his interactions with Russia's U.S. ambassador Sergey Kislyak in the weeks before Trump took office." -Reuters

Absolute journalistic malpractice.

There was NOTHING "abrupt" about this action. it has drug on for months after it was pretty clear this wasn't what it was portrayed as. The FBI "abruptly" finally released the illegally withheld Brady material but only after dragging their feet for years.

The radio news that I heard this morning was obviously plagiarizing this Reuters drivel. It had the same elements they just re-wrote it to make it their it own.

Which was even worse journalism: take a bad article that mischaracterizes the facts and then change the words around like a Junior High student changing the words using an encyclopedia article and passing it off as their own work.

Here's an article, well worth one's time, written by a 25 year FBI veteran on the Flynn case. Attention Keith D:

Michael Flynn was railroaded by Comey's FBI
by James A. Gagliano
May 04, 2020 12:45 PM

The time has come to cease affording the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team generous benefit of the doubt. A steady stream of unflattering revelations, beginning with a report by the Justice Department's inspector general into egregious FISA abuses last December, has relentlessly pounded the reputation of my former agency. Now, further irrefutable proof emerges that a small cabal of FBI headquarters decision-makers was hellbent on undoing a presidency.

I know it sounds strange to hear me make such an accusation. I’m the guy who long attempted to thread the needle, accounting for honest human frailties, trusting that mistakes should not always be chalked up to malice or sinister intent. Cautious skepticism was a default mindset that served me well across a quarter century as an FBI investigator. That condition failed me here because one thing is clear. Michael Flynn got railroaded.

Careful examination of fresh facts related to Flynn pleading guilty to Title 18 U.S. Code § 1001 (essentially, lying to a federal agent) provides an eye-popping and clear-cut case of investigative inconsistencies and partisan political bias. At the request of defense attorney Sidney Powell, who is seeking to have the retired lieutenant general’s plea withdrawn, additional evidence related to the Flynn case has recently been released by the prosecution. According to Flynn’s defense team, some uncovered FBI notes illustrate a concerted effort by former FBI Director James Comey's team to set Flynn up.

brhodes testified under oath

when asked whether he had evidence of collusion, conspiracy, coordination btwn Trump camp & #Russia:
"I saw indications of potential coordination, but I did not see, you know, the specific evidence of the actions of the Trump campaign"- per House Intel transcript

HillaryClinton campaign chair @johnpodesta told House Intel in 2017:"I have no specific facts or information relating to conversations that may have been had between people from the Trump camp.& either Assange (@wikileaks)or representatives of the Russian Gov't" #transcripts

Former AG Loretta Lynch was asked whether she had evidence of collusion, coordination or conspiracy.
She said that she did "not recall that being briefed up to me."
"I can't say that it existed or not," Lynch said, according to House Intel #Russia transcripts #LorettaLynch

@AmbassadorRice when asked whether she had evidence of collusion, conspiracy, coordination: "“I don’t recall intel or evidence to that effect," House Intel #Russia transcript shows

@SamanthaJPower, when asked if she had evidence of collusion, coordination, conspiracy btwn Trump camp & Russians:“I am not in possession of anything-I am not in possession and didn’t read or absorb information that came from out of the intelligence community, transcript shows

former DNI James Clapper says : "I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/ conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election." -- in transcript of interview with House Intel during its Russia probe.

How many times have these folks lied in public since? Why is it that this was known by Schiff etc, Why did these people say what they said UNDER OATH, yet on TV say the OPPOSITE? Why was this suppressed for so long?

It’s now CONFIRMED. Adam Schiff is a lying fraud who has purposefully and willingly lied to the American public for years about the collusion hoax. Assisted the entire time by morons in the media too stupid to get out of their own way.

Do you remember Obama administration defense official Evelyn Farkas? She testified under oath that she lied during an MSNBC interview when she claimed to have evidence of alleged collusion. She gets her ass handed to her by Gowdy in her transcript:

Sullivan has disappointed me in the past...since being the hero in the Ted Stevens case. So, what happens if he refuses to go along with the DOJ motion? I don't think he's going to sentence Flynn. That would probably earn him an impeachment in the next Republican House. I do expect him to sanction the prosecution on the evidence that has come to light and that might stretch this thing out a bit before Flynn is released from the charges.

This from Politico:

"Notably, the bombshell court filing Thursday asking U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan to toss out the case bore the signature of only one prosecutor: U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Timothy Shea, a former Barr aide named to the post in January.

Moments before Shea's filing, the top prosecutor in the Flynn case, Brandon Van Grack, withdrew abruptly and without explanation. Van Grack had served as one of special counsel Robert Mueller's top lawyers and remained on the Flynn case even after Mueller's office closed down. He signaled his exit from the case in a terse, one-sentence filing with U.S. Sullivan.

In another sign of discord, the prosecutor who handled the matter alongside Van Grack over the past year, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jocelyn Ballentine, did not sign the filing seeking to drop the case. She did, however, appear to be the one who actually filed the document electronically with the court."

One wonders if he's been sanctioned already by the DOJ or the judge himself.

More likely Ballentine wanted to keep her job so she did the correct thing and obeyed the instructions from her supervising attorney and the AG to file the motion.

The other Deputy AG stood on his political principles, abandoned his client without legitimate cause, and will likely be demoted, reassigned, or terminated for it from the DOJ. He'll also probably be sanctioned by the Ethics Commission if not disbarred.

The AP usually tries to look like they play it down the middle. This article was written atrociously.

No article about a criminal suspect who has a coerced, false confession thrown out is written this way:

"It comes even though prosecutors for the past three years have maintained that Flynn lied to the FBI. Flynn himself admitted as much, pleading guilty before later asking to withdraw the plea."

The only intentional lies told by Flynn were told whe he elocuted his guilty plea.

If you knew nothing about this case, this "news" article would make it appear that Strozyk was an innocent bystander that got fired for nobly being against candidate Trump in some sort of retaliatory pique:

". . .one of the two agents who interviewed Flynn was fired for having sent derogatory text messages about Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign."

They deliberately left off his name because everyone knows he is a conniving partisan hack and his name as one of the two agents that interviewer Flynn is central to what happened.

I waited and read the version that appeared in my morning paper. The reporting was indifferent bordering on abysmal.
This should not be surprising, though. The facts have been out there and have been reported on for three years by a variety of excellent sources that the AP and my morning newspaper, the LV Review-Journal, have chosen to ignore, despite having reporters of its own in Washington.

Here's an opinion on the ramifications of Flynn's motion by the investigative luminary Undercover Huber:

Stop the presses. Turns out that this is all fake news.

Paid "news" commentator Andy McCabe who was fired totally unjustly for actually lying to the FBI assures as us that this is all not true and it the Flynn case was properly predicated and that the calls over and open phone line to the evil Rooskies by the incoming National Security Advisor were "syrup 'iticious" I think he said.

In his conversation with the FBI which was never identified as stay formal questioning, Flynn was puzzled about the queries br ause as former DIA, he knows "you guys listen to everthing." He knew the call would be recorded, knew the Feds had recorded it, knew the Rooskies would tape it as well, but as it turns out, it was all probably a plot to get away with "syrup 'ticious" Rooskie spy treasonous stuff.

Not a chance. Weissman kept his licences to practice law after Enron. One of the worst things about attorneys is the incompetent, incestuous Bar Associations. It's nothing but a cabal to keep other people out and to protect bad lawyers. It iis to the law what the National Education Association is to education. To be disciplined you have to be both a bad lawyer, AND an unconnected one.

The word cuckold derives from the cuckoo bird, alluding to its habit of laying its eggs in other birds' nests

An abbreviation of cuckold, the term cuck has been used by the alt-right to attack the masculinity of an opponent. It was originally aimed at other conservatives, whom the alt-right saw as ineffective.

interesting.
