Anyway, back to our regular programming.

Some buns and a loaf of sourdough bread from the weekend. It's getting hard to find bread with all the panic shopping at the moment.

Think they turned out okay.

And some other buns i made myself too.

Delicious. Nice buns. The bread too (lol)

Hoarders and panic buyers are idiots. I was out of ketchup last week. Got to the grocery store,and it was all gone. I needed mayo; that too. I went back a bit and yep: the green relish was gone and the mustard was getting low. People were hoarding home-made Thousand Island Dressing.

Tonight the Mr. made Golden Chicken Curry. He doesn't make this often and it's SOOOOOO good! Yummy. Oh, and a Thigh cus that's what used in the dish

half pork and half veal. Black pepper, eggs, a bit of onions, garlic and parsley (finely cut), and parmigiano.

Thank you I've started to eat more lamb in the last few years, and had some very nice lamb when I were in New Zealand earlier this year.

Lamb is not the type of meat for everyone. It has that sweetness that not everyone likes. But if it's well marinated and cooked in oven is yummy. Slurp!

I usually use pork for that. But you gave me a good idea. Thanks, I'll try lamb too.
