I got a story that's 90% done but i'm not happy with the dialogue in it, I need help finding the voices for the characters.

Yes i need a co-writer who's also a editor, The story is pretty much done i just need help with dialogue and some extra stuff.

You need to state the word count in your story. Whether someone will edit will often depend on the length of the story. If you are looking for someone to basically write your dialogue for you they will expect to be credited as co-writer because that’s what that will be. You must also expect they may want to make minor changes to the story, after discussion, if their name is going to be appended to it.
