Trump replaces Mick Mulvaney with Mark Meadows

Having the kind of turnover Trump has had is a symptom of poor leadership.

Having the kind of turnover Trump has had is a symptom of poor leadership.

His management style only involves two words, "You're fired".

Like many of his cult followers, he does not know how to build collaborative relationships that last.

What I don't understand is why anyone say's yes to Trumps offer? You have to be blind not to realize Trump will throw you under the bus, the moment he needs a scapegoat.

I sort of thought Meadows was a bit brighter than that, guess not...

His goal is not forming "relationships."

You are thinking of it in fairy boy context where the main fear is hurting someone's feelings. Trump is not out to hurt feelings but his goal has nothing to do with his relationship with others. He is looking for quality and improvement. Think of it this way: The model T was a great car but look at all the changes that have been made. The result of poor leadership or the result of wanting to make cars greater and greater?

Mulvaney is now special envoy to Northern Ireland. The Antarctica envoy position was not available.

Trump's first four lasted longer than Obama's first four:

Rahm Emanuel, January 20, 2009-October 1, 2010 1 year, 254 days

Pete Rouse, (Acting), October 1, 2010-January 13, 2011 104 days

Bill Daley, January 13, 2011-January 27, 2012 1 year, 14 days Democratic

Jack Lew, January 27, 2012-January 20, 2013 359 days

Having the kind of turnover Obama had is a symptom of poor leadership.

Locked in the cabinet

Two presidents later, the Cabinet is a swarm of 23 people that includes 15 secretaries and eight other Cabinet-rank officers. And yet never has the job of Cabinet secretary seemed smaller. The staffers who rule Obama’s West Wing often treat his Cabinet as a nuisance: At the top of the pecking order are the celebrity power players, like former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to be warily managed; at the bottom, what they see as a bunch of well-intentioned political naifs only a lip-slip away from derailing the president’s agenda. Chu might have been the first Obama Cabinet secretary to earn the disdain of White House aides, but he was hardly the last.

“We are completely marginalized … until the shit hits the fan,” says one former Cabinet deputy secretary, summing up the view of many officials I interviewed. “If your question is: Did the president rely a lot on his Cabinet as a group of advisers? No, he didn’t,” says former Obama Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood.

Little wonder, then, that Obama has called the group together only rarely, for what by most accounts are not much more than ritualistic team-building exercises: According to CBS News White House reporter Mark Knoller, the Cabinet met 19 times in Obama’s first term and four times in the first 10 months of his second term. That’s once every three months or so—about as long as you can drive around before you’re supposed to change your oil.

He is looking for quality and improvement.

Improving? His administration is getting more chaotic, not less.

We are headed toward a bigger crash than what we experienced in 2008. Get ready.

On what do you base that statement on. Do you have any economic indicators that factually back up your suppositions of a major crash other than Coati say economy bad because Trump bad?:cool: Leave out market uncertainty due to corona-virus, that's panic buying and selling and not a true indicator, maybe you can use the most current jobs report to support your baseless bantor.

I'm afraid your Dems are having quite a time finding themselves. Sleepy Joe may be fighting to stay out of jail with Burisma and all, that leaves Bernie the socialist. Got to wonder how many Dems jump ship with that being the only option left. Hillary's going to be deposed for a whole bunch of crooked stuff and you know she'll sing like a lark if her ass is on the line. Maybe you'll find out just how corrupt to the core your Dems are.

Tossed into the recyling bin, just like all of the rest of Trump's temps.

(Some of Trump's chess pieces are not suitable for public display.)

Even though Rouse was technically seat-filling until Daley stepped in, which of the above four left in disgrace/got fired as all of Cheeto's first four did?

All of his bottom bitches expected to have Denis McDonough's longevity, but guess what ain't happened?

If you were pressed enough to put my name in the mix, why didn't you just post them instead of mentioning posting them, if what was posted was worth that level of tribute?

That's what doing it instead of yapping about doing it does.

Only 17?

Man are you limiting yourself. Zumi would never be so restrained.

See, even Matlock knows how to homage correct!
