ICT since a lot of my posts here are me unburdening so I can maintain at least a modicum of stability in RL, I not only understand your reaction but agree. Guys tend to think he's lucky because of the things I do with him, or at least the ones who comment seem to think that, but I always try to say I'm the lucky one because he puts up with me and my periods of instability and anxiety.

I have followed your posts, and have even commented on some in the past

IMHO, you and your hubby have a strong, mutually supportive thing going on. He seems like a decent guy, you seem like a decent girl, no more or less f***ed up than the rest of us.

The fact that you 'put it all out there' makes for a decent read, and hopefully helps a few people along the way, who may feel the same way, or see similar issues

There is a whole world of people out there in real life who are willing to judge, and say harsh things. If Lit can't be our 'safe space', what purpose does it serve?

How good is your HR department? Those sorts of things should be right up their street. Is there a mental health policy/champion? Lots of companies are starting to think differently about this stuff. If yours isn't, maybe they should. I hope you find a way through this.

HR dept are awful. It’s just one woman who tells you not to approach her directly, but through your manager The fact that they stand by and watch members of the public verbally and sometimes physically attack me, without attempting to help or even let me go home/get water/air shows how bad they are at supporting employees.

ICT no matter how stressed my mind is my body and soul still crave things it shouldn't right now.
