oh and random side note, this is officially my longest running thread. my first thread ,which was the prior longest, only made it to 7014 comments before the mods killed it. I like it. Maybe, but I really don't think they spend their time scouring all our threads, especially the long term members who mostly follow the rules. ok, ok, I am a little fast and loose with img embedding and what might be considered "lascivious exhibition of the genitals" sometimes (and yeah, it makes me smile when I don't get my hand slapped for that too) but I never host here, and if it is obvious lascivious, I don't embed, so I don't they wade through the ton of random shit I post. there are people here who break more rules and what I would think are more important rules (ie uploading and using their server to host images with copyrights) that don't get pulled. They probably only look at what is reported and once every few months or so, lock the long threads.

oh, she didn't have time to find it soul destroying. she didn't even make it a week and the first few days were orientation and product knowledge. it actually isn't that bad a job for the right type a person. in a similar position, in the 90s, some days I made $600 in a couple hours, so yeah like $200 an hour, well it can be a very good job for an older teen with limited time, or even a mom trying to earn extra money while the kid is at school. the job is what you make of it. If you can't hit the goals you will hate it. It is a job for an extrovert, who is perceptive, adaptable, with excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills, and an ability to think on their feet. With those skills you make your own pay and your own schedule and might really love the job and flexibility. It is awful to the wrong type, hence I don't understand why the wrong type takes the job. I guess maybe because they really need a job, but yeah outside sales is not something one can really do until something better comes along. It takes the right personality.
